Next-Level Support\" for Site Managers-Work with Site Managers to address questions and needs from site customer sponsors and operation leaders as well as internal Kelly operational teams, including account leadership; escalate issues as necessary to Director.Safety Messaging for All Portfolios-Coordinate and craft safety messaging to drive favorable personal safety behaviors of all assigned Kelly employees across all Portfolios.Incident Management-Work with Site Managers to address incidents and ensure best-in-class case management.Root-Cause Investigations (RCIs)-Participate in RCI\'s as needed with Site Manager; develop Learning Experience Reports (LERs) or other communications to leverage learnings across account.Safety Management Process Consistency-Work with Site Managers to ensure the key elements of the Customer Safety Management Process are being delivered; assist in closure of gaps that are identified.Process Improvement Opportunities-Identify opportunities for process improvements with the ultimate goal of incident reduction, increasing operational efficiencies to free site managers for core safety activities.Provide input on Portfolio Safety Strategy-Provide input to Director on Portfolio safety strategy based on experience and knowledge of assigned groups.One-on-One discussions with Safety Team.Coordinate recognition events.
