While she leads the day-to-day operations, I support on marketing, financial strategy, and system-building. I occasionally take shifts on the line, but I especially enjoy connecting with customers and building community.This venture taught me how critical systems are to business success. I learned firsthand that good real estate matters, marketing is everything, and that \"if you build it, they will come\" isn’t real without visibility and intentional outreach.Running a coffee shop has sharpened my thinking around service, storytelling, and entrepreneurship and made me a better consultant, too.
