With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, I am passionate about achieving sustainable improvements in productivity, quality, and efficiency for long-term business growth. As a Plant Manager at MetaOps Inc, I lead a team of experts who help clients across various industries implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.Some of my recent achievements include redesigning plant processes to increase throughput, reducing waste, introducing best practices, and spearheading strategic plans. I also leverage my skills as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to conduct root cause analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate Kaizen events. I enjoy collaborating with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to align goals and drive performance.Outside of work, I am a family man who loves spending time with my wife and children. I also have a hobby of restoring vintage motorcycles, which satisfies my desire to fix things. I also enjoy hunting and fishing at my cabin in Northern Wisconsin.

   As a Lean Master Principal, I will support our OPS Excellence team located in the different regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM & AMER) as I reside in my home outside of Lake Geneva Wisconsin. In this position, I will lead the implementation of Lean strategy at multiple plants working with plant managers to deliver training, create lean culture and setup a lean structure within them. I will also facilitate and deliver significant sized complex business improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma techniques to achieve long-term business strategies and develop Lean culture across the business. I will be planning and leading lean training workshops for multiple sites including specialist lean topics such as value stream mapping, daily management’s, standard work, problem solving, material flow and 5S.
