John has experience in bridge, construction and SBA financing and has served as the Borrower’s Advocate in hundreds of commercial property debt placements involving industrial, office, retail, multifamily, land development and hospitality transactions.Representing commercial property owners, John has created specific correspondent relationships with banks, credit unions, and bridge lenders to facilitate relationships built upon trust.
