   Provide electrical and control support for the 7.5MW Co-generation and physical plants (refrigeration and high pressure boilers).• Supervise the campus wide electrical preventative maintenance programs for the 12MW high tension (13kV/5kV) and low tension (480V/120V) distribution networks, emergency power systems and major UPS systems.• Project management for electrical installations, based upon client requests, in clinical and public spaces through the use of both in house labor and outside electrical contractors.• Work closely with plant personnel to review and coordinate necessary electrical work for new plant projects• Compile utility documentation for JCAHO, CMS, DOH (this includes meeting federal, state and local code requirements) to prove hospital compliance with same.• Financial responsibilities include contract management for service vendors and outside contractors. • Responsible for Electric Shop payroll and over time salary recovery for project work performed by the shop.
