Provide oversight to all middle office Bank Debt daily operations including loan settlements, trade confirmation, direct lending/private credit closing, aged cash reconciliation, agent position reconciliation, loan administration, fund accounting deliverables, and CLO reporting requirements. Lead loan closing associates on complex settlement issues and implement new processes to decrease our settlements times. Escalate trade discrepancies to the trading desk as the primary contact for trade support. Manage monthly relationship meetings with the loan administrative agencies and our brokers. Discuss current trading issues as well as other escalated items. Operate the monthly tie-out process for multiple CLO’s to the trustee bank in order to issue investor monthly reporting and distribute waterfall payments. Consult with front office on reporting questions and concerns. Direct exposure to key relationships including the High Income & Alternatives trading desk, CLO front office, custodian banks, loan agents, Dublin based cash recon, corporate actions, and various internal fund accounting/pricing groups.
