I have been a licensed real estate agent and broker since 1986 selling real estate in the boroughs of Queens and Kings (Brooklyn) and the counties of Nassau and Suffolk on Long Island. I hold the designation of e-Pro Internet Professional from the National Association of Realtors and used to be an e-Pro Certified Trainer. NYS Department of State Licensing Division has approved me to teach real estate salesperson and broker qualifying courses. I specialize in both residential and commercial real estate sales centering mainly today in the Northeast section of Queens County, NYC. This area includes the communities of Bayside, Douglaston, and Little Neck and features the finest public schools in all of NYC ( school district 26). Since a number of my NYC sellers eventually chose to relocate to Long Island, I assisted many of them in finding and acquiring fine one and two family homes in both Nassau and Suffolk counties.
