Over 20 years ago I started my employee benefits recruiting career cold-calling group health and disability underwriters for Raymond Karsan Associates, now known as Kenexa.Fast forward to 2021 when I founded Drayton Hawthorn, a premier employee benefits recruiting firm.And I’m still calling underwriters. Also Employee Benefits Account Managers, Account Executives, Underwriting Directors, Vice Presidents, and Managers.
