I have been a licensed Realtor since 2003 and currently own three 2 Percent Realty West Coast real estate offices located in; South Surrey, Langley and Vancouver. Our 1st office opened in 2012 and I continue to be excited about bringing our services to lower mainland home owners. We’ve built a business model and structure that’s reduced or eliminated the majority of the traditional real estate brokerage expenses, we can then pass those savings on to our clients. We offer all of our expertise and marketing regardless of the price of your property, so we don’t need to charge more just because your home is worth more. We charge what we think is fair. In the age of the internet, paying less doesn’t have to reduce the quality of the service and expertise you receive.
