Responsible for the entire logistics supply chain on a $10B stick built LNG project with 3 joint venture partners. Duties include responsibility for all international and domestic shipping including freight forwarding, customs clearances, tariff management, foreign trade zone utilization, port offloading, lay down and storage interface, trucking & barge shipping to site, plus all personnel busing and parking oversight Responsible for a staff of over 20 logistics professionals in 3 different companies across multiple continents Freight movements currently consist of over 1.2 M freight revenue tons and a freight budget of $550M Over 50 direct full and part-charter vessel shipments from multiple ports of origin to US Gulf Responsible for developing and maintaining freight budget to support the business needs of the organization Responsible for adherence to standard operating procedures to comply with Foreign Trade Zone activities at both the lay down facility and local port Determines metrics for critical events in logistics supply chain Team is responsible for proper HTS classification of products and determining applicable US import duty rates Asked to help develop/review logistical plans for multiple other Zachry projects
