Take care of your Customers and your Employees, and you will be successful. It’s an adage that I believe thoroughly in, no matter what business you are in. I’ve been in Staffing, which is a People business, for 20 years and it is exceptionally true. As a leader of several companies, both ones that I joined and Avionte which I co-founded, I’ve led by building a “positive, solutions” culture. Trust, Integrity, Stability, Transparency are words I believe every organization should subscribe to. As an individual, I strive to be passionate about all aspects of life (the world is built in colors). Enjoy today and have a positive influence on someone else’s life, both my immediate family and others. It’s addicting to be a part of a work team that works hard, trusts each other and still makes a point to have a lot of fun along the way. That high performing team’s energy transfers to the customers and everyone who interacts with the organization. Visiting and interacting with the customers is always a highlight that enables to me to stay connected and grounded to the very reason the business exists. I love technology, particularly SaaS based businesses, that connect and bring value to their customers. I consider myself creative, so the speed of technology businesses meshes well with me as there are always places to improve. Avionte!
