ABOUT JOHN LIBBY

Drawing on my nearly 40 years of experience as a lawyer, I help people and entities resolve disputes as a mediator, arbitrator, discovery referee and special master. I have received extensive training as a neutral from the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine, the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. I am available to serve as a neutral in a variety of matters, including complex business and commercial disputes, healthcare, the False Claims Act, employment/wrongful termination, personal injury, and professional negligence.
