Training Analyst Senior Principle with the Navy Maritime Operation Center Training Team (MOC TT) for Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) at the Operational Level of War (OLW)- Lead IO and EMSO trainer and analyst on the Maritime Operation Center Training Team- Directly supported Joint Electronic Warfare Command (JEWC) in the development of the standard operating procedures to be used by combatant command Joint EMSO (JEMSO) Cells- Liaison with US Army 4th and 7th POGs to update MISO training objectives- Developed and delivered tailored IO and EMSO training to seven MOCs through site visits and virtual- Lead EMSO and IO Observer/Trainer for six MOC certification events- Contributed to the development of eleven Facilitated After Action Reports- Authored IO and EMSO CSR reports, documenting observations and recommendations to Flag Officers and their staff\'s- Updated the IO section of the last two revisions of MOC Effective Practices Handbook. Ensured best practices and briefing templates are current and available on the MOC Portal- Deputy fleet lead for SECOND Fleet from pre-initial operating capability to full operational capability- Selected to lead the IO Focus Group for the MOC Standardization Manual review; updating IO, EMSO and Public Affairs disciplines- Recognized with Letters of Appreciation from Commander, Pacific Fleet and Commander, THIRD Fleet- Led the MOC TT in advanced war-fighting training.
