   Leads the development of informational APIs as well as core billing and reporting/analytics capabilities for DevEdge, T-Mobile\'s network-as-a-service (NaaS) platform that enables developers to quickly and easily build innovative solutions that utilize T-Mobile’s network service capabilities.• Responsible for developing a family of device location APIs that enable seamless access to telco network capabilities for mobile and IoT devices across carriers and countries. Drove the development of multiple APIs and associated backend systems from design through pilot release to launch in less than six months. Responsible for developing market and functional requirements, technical product specs, detailed project plans, and implementation roadmaps. Worked closely with Legal to ensure compliance with corporate and government regulations on data security and privacy for PII/CPNI, and with Core Engineering to improve security and scalability for backend infrastructure.• Led the creation, planning, and development of DevEdge’s platform capabilities for NaaS observability and usage capture, reporting, and analysis. Developed a persona-based reporting and analytics system that provided real-time and near real-time access to KPI dashboards as well as detailed reporting and analytics of NaaS usage, performance, and availability for multiple internal stakeholders, external developers, and strategic partners, with a particular emphasis on compliance, governance, and service assurance.• Led the planning, detailed product requirements, and development of DevEdge’s platform capabilities for usage tracking, metering and billing, enabling the billing and monetization of multiple classes of DevEdge APIs and their respective billing models. Developed specifications to enable strategic business partners to securely integrate DevEdge usage and billing data directly into their own billing and reporting platforms.
