John F Lambros is Co-Head US Technology and Global Head, Digital Media, Sports & Entertainment at Houlihan Lokey where has been since December 2021. He was previously President GCA U.S, Head of Digital Media Banking, a member of the Executive Committee and member of the Board. John has been an active advisor to or operator in the digital media and emerging technology markets for the last 23 years, and as a banker has led more than 250 public and private market financings, merger & acquisitions, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and senior and subordinated debt financings. John has worked with leading public and private companies active in the sector, including Atlantic Media, Axel Springer, Dentsu, Google, IAC, News Corp and Sprint, as well as notable digital media companies such as AWL, Buddy Media, Exelate, Innovation Interactive, LiveIntent, MediaMath, Native Instruments, Tidal, TouchTunes, and Vice Media.Over the last 15 years, John has been an angel investor in several technology and consumer brand startups and venture funds. He has been an active advisor to several innovative digital companies, including Greenstart, a green tech incubator; MakeTime, a CNC machining platform; and LiveIntent, an email and data marketing technology business.
