I\'m a team leader of Wells Fargo\'s Tableau Business Intelligence Competency Center. I\'ve grown and managed our Tableau Server environments from a couple of thousands to over total users to date, one of the largest Tableau Server deployments in the world. Some of my duties include: Maximize server environment availability and integrity Troubleshoot technical issues Tableau server architecture planning Performance tuning Perform upgrades, maintenance, and configuration change Evangelize Tableau within the organization Moderate and lead internal user forum Vendor management Mentor team members Ensure policy and regulatory compliance Represent the organization at industry events Diverse data sources include MS SQL, Postgres, Teradata, Oracle, IBM DB2, SAS, Excel, MSAS, Hadoop, among others. Working at one of the largest financial institutions in the country requires superior collaboration and coordination skills as the IT landscape is ultra-complex, decentralized, and compounded by both security and financial regulation requirements. This is challenging work that I thoroughly enjoy.
