As the Chief Marketing and Distribution Officer for Traditional Life & Annuity with Security Mutual Life, I lead the efforts to grow our business nationally while honoring our 1886 commitment to policyholders. I’m relationship-driven, and believe that strong, genuine connections are the foundation of meaningful business success. Sales strategy, marketing, and business development have always been areas of of excellence. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with organizations to create and develop realistic and sustainable growth. Collaboration and innovation drive my approach, and I’ve had the privilege of seeing my teams adapt successfully and achieve powerful results. My experience with industry-leading carriers and distributors continue to shape how I build trust, inspire action, and lead with purpose every day. Tough decisions for the right reasons are second nature. I believe that doing the right things for the right reasons leads to excellence and this philosophy has served me well, allowing me to strengthen partnerships and help deliver solutions that make a positive impact. For me, real success goes beyond short-term results; it’s more about having the courage to make strategic decisions that drive long term revenue and profitability.Outside of work, I proudly serve on Finseca’s NAILBA Charitable Foundation Board, the Life Insurance Council of New York (LICONY) Agents & Marketing Sub-committee, and LIMRA’s Independent Producer Committee.
