I work for the Chief Information Officer of an international law firm with over 1,200 attorneys and staff across 27 offices in three countries. Leading integration of software and workflows during the 6th largest American law firm merger of 2018. Led deployment of Zoom video/telephone conference solution in 2019, including evaluation, UX testing, pricing, rollout, integration, and in-house training. Saved firm over for firmware upgrades & replacement of proprietary hardware by implementing solution that could use off-the-shelf PCs for video & audio codecs and Apple iPads for in-room controls, all of which could be maintained in-house. Leading biweekly eight hour New Hire Orientation class for all new attorneys and staff on legal technology and in areas where the practice of law and technology intersect (such as data security and discovery.) Designing and delivering Continuing Legal Education seminars for attorneys on technology and the practice of law. Designing and implementing new conference room scheduling solutions,(UX, workflows, security groups.) Producing video and written content on technology for our attorneys and staff. Seeking out technology pain points and solving them. Making things better.
