I work within the Office of Transportation and Air Quality (OTAQ) to evaluate and assess trends in criteria pollutant and greenhouse gas emissions control and mitigation. I support research and development programs for the prevention and control of air pollution, especially that resulting from the combustion of fuels, pursuant to EPA\'s obligations under the Clean Air Act sections 103(a) and 104(a). I am currently supporting a technical project to assess the prevalence and effects of commanded enrichment in light-duty spark-ignition engines and the resulting effects on ambient air quality.
