This has served me well during implementations of customer relationship management systems (CRM), Enterprise Resource planning (ERP) upgrades, Unified Communications implementations (VoIP, UCAS) and computer network upgrades. My passion is delivering customer centered support and delivery of IT related services. Nothing thrills me more than placing the right technology into the hands of my customers and watching them move faster and smarter than they did before.
