As chair of Winston & Strawn’s eDiscovery & information management practice, our group centralizes the firm’s eDiscovery experts, legal services, and staff to advise and guide clients and litigation teams in navigating this specialized and rapidly evolving legal area. In order to reduce the risk from and cost of eDiscovery for our clients, we have designed an integrated approach that uses highly experienced people and best-in-breed processes and tools to reduce the amount of material subject to eDiscovery. We are then able to more efficiently review those materials through the implementation of our eDiscovery Review Center and eDiscovery Counseling & Risk Management Consulting services.
