ABOUT JOHN FENECH

I am a People Development specialist with a passion for humanising the workplace. I have a strong belief that people need to feel at ease and feel themselves in order to develop and perform to the best of their ability. I’ve had first hand experience of a range of working environments and management styles and I’ve seen how challenging it can be for organisation to create an environment where people feel truly safe to be themselves. I’m thrilled by the pace at which people’s expectations are evolving in this regard and I also see the risks this pace of change presents many organisations with. I’m in my element when I’m helping leaders and their people make the shift from the way things have been to the way things should and will be. I’m excited to be working in this space during a period of such rapid cultural evolution and transformation.
