   As part of a project management team, I had the opportunity to lead and contribute to several projects, including:• ESDP (Enablement Services Digital Platform) as the PMO support and interim Project manager. The culmination of the vision of the leadership to facilitate the transformation of the teams into a cohesive group, collaborating on multiple fronts sharing knowledge and experience to empower all to become digital natives. Playing a pivotal role in the following initiativesa. ESDP SharePoint site – Maintenance and update of contentb. ESDP Events – Including the ESDP@1 & VTH Reimagined with GenAI events – As Project manager and Producer for live events.c. ESDP LearnPro – A recently launched Learning Solution of the ESDP.d. ESDP Connects – Coordinating and facilitating the connects with internal teams as well as external speakers.• Capacity Management framework, as project manager. The project undertaken alongside the PSCM team to build and implement the framework for resource allocation and demand management.• Project Sirius, as Project manager. An off shoot of the capacity management framework, through which the process of cross utilization was stitched together, identifying gaps in the process, and taking steps to mitigate them.
