Local Government Professional/Manager/Analyst with 23 years\' experience of insight, strategy, public policy and public affairs at a national and local level, and a strong academic background in policy analysis.Currently working on data strategy and implementation, and data visualisation and mapping, having completed my salaryman career leading the data and mapping service (data integration, geospatial services, analysis and visualisation) for Oxfordshire County and Cherwell District Councils,With extensive experience of engagement in Westminster and Whitehall, I continue to engage closely with the County Councils Network, Local Government Association, and Association of County Chief Executives, as well as think tanks and other partners.
