About John Javidan

John is a dedicated professional currently focused on TriScapes Commercial Landscaping LLC (CSLB-10•••03), where he is actively studying landscape maintenance, horticulture, pesticides, and pest control. He has successfully built parks, shopping centers and street scapes and is responsible for managing the landscape maintenance for over 150 acres of commercial shopping centers and campuses. Since 2020, John has shifted his focus to event consultation and managing his successful venture, BerryFest Strawberry Festival, a Harvest Festival celebrating strawberries on Mother’s Day Weekend, which he and his wife Jade has produced since 2009. In the events industry, John served as the CEO of the Placer County Fair, where he was responsible for running the event facility, the annual fair, and the All American Speedway. He was also a key figure in Downtown Roseville Merchants Inc, serving as vice president, treasurer, events committee chair, and membership chair. John coordinated and promoted Roseville\'s popular Downtown Tuesday Nights for 11 years (20••••13) and Roseville’s Family Fun Night (20••••12), showcasing his expertise in event management and community engagement.Before venturing into the event industry, John achieved ASE Certifications as an Automotive Master Technician, including Advanced Engine Performance and a Smog Tech License, all by the age of 25. As the President of Auto Smog Inc.(dba Sam’s Auto Repair/Roseville Auto Smog), he efficiently managed the daily operations of his well-organized inspection and repair shops, earning the respect and trust of the community. In 2008, John sold his auto business at market value to fully pursue his passion for event planning, but quickly learned that the event industry doesn’t part the bills during a recession, which is why he looked into getting back into the service industry and found and purchased a 40 year old landscaping company in 2019. This ended up being perfect timing, because little did he know that his event business was about to be shut down by the pandemic a few months later Outside of his professional endeavors, John enjoys boating, snowboarding, home improvement projects, and spending quality time with his family. He believes in balancing hard work with leisure and values the time he spends with loved ones.
