About John Bulmer
As a student at the University of Tennessee majoring in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Public Policy Analytics, I strive to combine operational excellence with strategic thinking to make a meaningful impact on campus and beyond. Currently, I serve as a Dean of Students Fellow, where I support the day-to-day operations of the Dean of Students Office and assist in delivering high-impact programs for the campus community. In addition, I work as a Signature Events Intern within the Division of Student Success, helping plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale events that enrich the student experience and strengthen UT’s traditions. My leadership extends to the Student Government Association, where I serve as Alumni Coordinator—building connections between past and current student leaders—and have previously chaired the Student Advancement Committee, guiding initiatives that directly improve the Volunteer experience. Through these roles, I have developed expertise in event coordination, stakeholder communication, and organizational strategy while applying my supply chain management background to streamline processes and deliver results. I am passionate about bridging my academic foundation with hands-on leadership experiences to contribute to both institutional success and student growth.
