I teach the Renovation course for the State of Ohio. I am certified as a VA home loan officer and am a former Army serviceman.Our primary focus is and always has been the Realtor and the purchase market business.I have extensive knowledge in the mortgage industry, sales & marketing. Responsible for hiring & supervising loan officers and office personnel.
