Today, I serve as the Vice President of Vector Talent Solutions, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business supporting clients across a myriad of industries.What drives my work is simple. Strong organizations are built by strong teams, and strong teams are built intentionally. At Vector, that means designing workforce strategies that scale, stay compliant, and actually work in the real world, whether that is across multiple states, union and open-shop environments, or complex project timelines.I bring a disciplined, operational mindset shaped by years of leading global teams, managing large P & Ls, and delivering results in high-stakes environments.
