My recruiting career began in 1987. I love it. In conjunction with my work at Tri-Force, I was with Extension Healthcare as their in-house recruiter. It was an utter joy for me to work with such a large and diverse group of exceptionally smart people. Sadly, when you\'re not hiring you don\'t \"need\" someone like me, but while there, I was in geek heaven and would join a similar organization without hesitation.I have always enjoyed the ability to positively impact other people\'s lives / careers as well as the businesses that they join and have placed professionals in a variety of disciplines including: Information Technology, Corp Administration, Human Resources, Technical Sales and Engineering. Experience / insight generated while working as a corporate recruiter for a large public company where I was responsible for corporate and 20+ Mfg / distribution facilities across the nation allows me to better understand, serve and position my customers. Certifications include: SPHR (exp. 2006) and CPC - Degrees: BSBA and EET.I truly believe in treating other people as I would like to be treated. Hope Resource Partners, Inc. was started 4/2001 and purchased Tri-Force IT Recruiting Specialists 5/2001. We survived through tough times like the aftermath of 9/11 and more recently The Great Recession because our customers chose to work with us. Thankfully they still do.Specialties: Best known for technical recruiting, but if a client has a needed skill set, I\'ll find them.
