I am a Board Director, Trustee, Treasurer and Finance Director with two decades of board level experience across the financial services, family offices, charity, private equity, hedge funds, and offshore finance industries and sectors with expertise in regulatory compliance, financial strategy, risk management, stakeholder engagement, investment, governance and treasury management.In an executive capacity, I am a commercially focused CFO and COO. Currently, I am a Finance Director at The Royal Foundation of St Katharine. Here, I lead financial strategy, risk management, and IT oversight as part of the senior management team. Previously, I was the Chief Finance and Operations Officer at Audley Capital Advisors, where I directed all aspects of finance, HR, IT, and operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and efficient office management. I also serve as a trustee and treasurer, combining financial expertise with community service.At board level, I drive financial stability and control. I do that with a focus on enhancing governance, assurance frameworks, and organisational resilience. This involves working collaboratively with boards, senior executives, and regulators to deliver finance system transformations, reduce manual workload, improving reporting efficiency, as well as developing and implementing treasury and risk management frameworks in regulated environments.
