Blue Frontier is developing and deploying the world\'s most efficient air conditioner with built-in energy storage, which will drive grid decarbonization and Indoor Air Quality improvement around the world. In July 2022 Blue Frontier completed a $20M equity raise led by Bill Gates\' Breakthrough Energy Ventures, 2150 Urban Tech Sustainability Fund and VoLo Earth Ventures. At Blue Frontier I am responsible for Finance, HR, Recruitment, IT, Facilities and supporting business functions. I manage all Finance functions both operational and strategic, including supporting the CEO in financial modelling and due diligence for our $20M Series A equity raise, budgeting, treasury management and debt finance initiatives. I have grown the team by 210% and counting, managing direct and agency recruitment channels. I have secured and built out a world-class HQ in a prime South Florida location. I executed on rebranding to support the establishment of Blue Frontier as the leading innovator in the sustainable cooling space. I managed the migration of company data to Microsoft and the procurement/setup of all company hardware and software, prior to implementing IT Managed Services to establish corporate grade security and stability. I successfully implemented new software platforms and tools to drive operational efficiency and laid the foundations for major enterprise-wide software implementations. I am also successfully delivering on logistics, office management, legal/contracts support, insurance, ESG, governance and policies.
