Mr. Hilton is a licensed attorney in the State of South Carolina who has focused his career on real estate development, investing, and speculation. He has consulted and represented developers, investors, financial institutions, IRA Portfolios, and contractors throughout multiple sectors of the real property market. These include developing and building residential subdivisions, both speculatively and to suit; Acquisition and re-development of single family subdivision projects; construction of Single Family Homes; acquisition, rehabilitation and disposition of Single Family Homes; and Acquisition and disposition of packages of Single Family Residences located both regionally and nationally; aquisition and management of investment grade timberland; aquisition and management of rural recreational properties; aquisition and re-development of multi-family housing projects including mobile and manufactured housing communities. Through these transactions Mr. Hilton has a track record of scrutinous due diligence and exacting financial evaluations. Mr. Hilton attended the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business, graduating with highest honors, Magna Cum Laude, majoring in Real Estate Finance; He attended the University of South Carolina’s School of Law, graduating Order of Coif, Order of the Wig and Robe, and with Cum Laude Honors; He is a member of the South Carolina Bar and a candidate to be an Accredited Land Consultant.
