Process Engineer, Manager and Technical Instructor at Intel Corporation for 20 years; plus another 9+ years of prior experience working for other etch equipment manufactures in both engineering and field service management roles. Experienced people manager and cross-functional team leader, developer and instructor for advanced technical equipment and process courses, and web-based training courses. Experienced Lean-Six Sigma practitioner with Green Belt 6 Sigma certifications from both Hitachi and Intel.
