SUMMARYI am a focused, effective and versatile Programme/Project Manager, with comprehensive experience and expertise in the planning, building and delivery of diverse technical solutions facilitating business and service continuity, and delivering business change and transformation.I have specialist expertise within coaching, learning and executive development and enjoy a challenge. I am highly strategic with a genuine passion for developing and implementing robust strategies to deliver solutions and enable businesses to drive business performance, improve organisational efficiency and keep pace with business growth. I adopt a collaborative approach, working with clients to deliver on key objectives, managing high performing teams effectively and embedding risk mitigation and management throughout.Fundamentally, however, I am an effective communicator, with the ability to both liaise and motivate people. My experience has afforded me with valuable opportunities to build and maintain key at all levels of business, including Board/CEO, and I consider this ability to communicate effectively to be integral to all that I do. I also believe that the success of any business is basically reliant on the people who are involved with it and my ability to deliver key advice and solutions comes with helping others achieve excellence themselves.My personal maxim is to strive for excellence in all that I do and I strongly always lead through example. I am currently looking to utilise my extensive expertise and experience within a related senior management position and, as such, I would welcome discussing possible employment opportunities at this time.
