Managed two interns through designing high-fidelity clickable mobile app prototype, defining vision for user experience. LA County Court Performed user-centered redesign of LA Court’s jury duty website, optimizing for improved completion rate. Significantly reduced user abandonments by overhauling information architecture and copywriting of key user flows. Collaborated with developers to choose and implement a new design framework, boosting user satisfaction and usability by 10%+. Beckman Coulter Performed thorough research on existing website to gain comprehensive understanding of stakeholder requirements, and evaluated website\'s format, design components, and the proposed redesign. Designed a new, optimized workflow to help 500+ customers access equipment documentation.
