1. Chief People Officer

   Oct 2021 — Present

   Currently the Chief People Officer at AllCloud where I lead a team of 24 Employee Success (HR) and facilities professionals in 4 major locations in North America and EMEA. Employee Success supports all functions within all consulting practices (Platforms, Applications, and Data & Analytics) and SG & A divisions globally.Significant achievements include-Implemented an Employee Success shared services model which created operational efficiency and cost savings globally-Created Centers of Excellence (CoE) within the ES organization to support the shared services model. CoE’s consist of: Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, ES Branding, HR Ops, and Learning and Development-Increased eNPS scores, lowered times to fill in TA, significantly improved branding, and sped time to productivity all within a declining budget-Cut recruiting agency fees by over $400K-Reduced facilities costs by over $100K in the first year of taking over the Facilities function-Improved time to productivity from 16 weeks to 4 weeks
