Our Vericut Force Optimization module is routinely saving our customers 15-25% on cycle time, and increasing the life of their cutting tools. CGTech specializes in numerical control (NC/CNC) simulation, verification, optimization, and analysis software technology for manufacturing. CGTech was founded in 1988 and has continued to be a leader in digital twin/simulation technology including our most-recent new product providing CNC Machine Connectivity. Our current and prospective customers trust us, because VERICUT can: 1. Eliminate the chance of a collision, which has both direct and indirect costs. Significantly reduce set-up and prove-out time, freeing the machine to make production parts. Reduce cycle times and improve tool life substantially with Force Optimization.
