My primary client is a small to mid-sized business looking for office or retail space to lease or purchase in metro Atlanta or throughout the country. Beyond simply finding available space, I partner with my client to identify their customer base then pinpoint locations that best serve them, maximizing profits. As applicable, I obtain tax incentives and other value-add programs for companies relocating or expanding in Georgia. As an Exclusive Tenant/Buyer Representative, I work with all landlords and sellers, so my client is never steered to properties we list or have an interest in, like many companies do.
