ABOUT JOHN GRIFFITHS

As a strategy-focused credit risk leader and senior consultant, I bring nearly 20 years of extensive experience in engaging with clients to help them better understand their commercial customers and drive growth. I have strong background of delivering record-setting revenue figures (responsible for growing $70M+ commercial lending & SMEs market) and business value, and building strong client relationships to occupy top-of-market positions. I have deep understanding of products, business processes, risk management, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions in both developed and emerging markets. I am highly skilled in risk management, regulatory requirements, credit risk control, credit risk, financial and enterprise credit risk management. My focus is on advocating for the smart use of business data to support clients, not just from a credit risk perspective, but more broadly in assessing their needs in the market. I am passionate about the ability for access to credit to be a force for good and helping businesses utilise data in the right way to make the best decisions. I have proven record of accomplishment in leadership, management, and effective communication with various and varied stakeholder groups, including senior management and regulators.
