As an Account Manager at Gillfor Distribution, I assist clients and build relationships with a diverse and varied customer base, which includes Retail locations, contractors, builders and suppliers. Manage relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service, assist with any and all customer inquiries with the goal of creating a positive customer experience.\\\\n\\\\nTo achieve this, we assist with marketing strategies and materials, as well as provide expert product knowledge and training on our product offerings. We train and educate on how to sell products within their product category and what to look for in the market while ensuring client\'s staff have the tools and resources they need to effectively ask the right questions and ensure our products are the right ones for the job.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
