Mr. Gorman is an experienced engineer and manager who has led the consulting and engineering departments of a ten-million-dollar company, led the project management office of a fifty-million-dollar company, consulted domestically and internationally for major capital projects of a 10+ billion-dollar company, and led the Engineering Management for one of the world\'s largest major capital projects. He creates a passionate vision for success and motivates those around him to achieve their full potential while earning their respect. Mr. Gorman authors business plans, marketing plans, business case analyses, and implements project management methodologies. With an engineering background, he uniquely blends technology with business, allowing him to generate long term strategies and evaluate short term business and project decisions.
