   Led the 1ERP / Management Reporting Integration Program in support of the Verizon-wide ERP strategy to simplify, standardize, and automate processes to enable an intelligent enterprise and provide real-time insights leading to improved business outcomes. Responsible for overall program oversight and driving the SAP S/4 HANA to FP & A Management Reporting interface and KPI analysis. Led the Corporate SAP (1ERP Release 14c-2) and Wireless PeopleSoft 9.1 (1ERP Release 15d) retirement integration releases to FP & A, Accounting and Network Reporting systems. Led the 2021 Global Enterprise Blueprint for Growth program for Finance IT systems to meet the overall goal to align Verizon Business Group (VBG) Global Enterprise Sales Operations to mirror the Go-to-Market segment / geo-based operating model. Managed the program for the Finance Data Governance, Reporting and Planning systems enabling financial planning and reporting along go-forward operating structures. The 2021 Blueprint for Growth extends Verizon\'s 2.0 transformation for Global Enterprise unlocking value creation through increased business account collaboration to enable global solution growth in and above Verizon Wireless and Wireline networks. Led the Enterprise Planning Platform (EPP) Systems Integration Program in support of Verizon’s long-term objective to implement an enterprise-wide, digitally enabled planning process across Verizon Finance. Responsible for leading and managing the integrations of multiple finance systems including SAP S/4 HANA, legacy ERP systems including SAP and PeopleSoft, Finance Corporate Data Lake (Teradata), Anaplan and FP & A Oracle Reporting systems to an Oracle EMP Cloud Financial Planning platform. Led the cross-organization Verizon 2.0 Finance Planning and Reporting systems restructuring program to align external reporting (10K, 10Q) and internal management reporting to the Verizon customer-centric operating model.
