I am a strategic NHS leader with over 15 years’ experience across health and social care, specialising in workforce transformation, digital innovation, and inclusive practice. Currently leading key deliverables across the National Aspirant Cancer Career & Education Development Programme (ACCEND) and specifically the Supportive & Assistive workforce. I have helped shape policy, design digital learning platforms, and deliver impactful change across a variety of local and national organisations in health and social care. Alongside my NHS role, I run John Patrick Gale Limited, offering consultancy in programme and project management, research, digital transformation, and AI education. I work with partners to deliver system-wide solutions and support innovation across the care sector, most recent projects include the Society of Radiographers Support Worker & Assistant Practitioner Hub and Midlands and Lancashire Support Unit Digital Support Register. My expertise spans Learning Disabilities, Autism, and social work practice, with a strong track record in co-production, governance, and strategic delivery. I have led national programmes recognised in the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan and awarded the HSJ Workforce Initiative of the Year 2025.I am passionate about collaboration, and open to new opportunities.
