I am a degreed Instructional Designer and e-learning experience developer, having worked across diverse industries such as aerospace, semiconductors, software development, and manufacturing (including defense; medical devices). I focus on building new business relationships to solve problems. I created a complex branching training curriculum for the entire corporation that was implementing a new time reporting system. The Storyline project considered geographic location specifics and use role differences to deliver the coursework on schedule and on-time with the IT department delivery of the new hardware and software. I delivered a quick turnaround training module redesigning a legacy course through complex branching to retrain the user community on a new, cloud version of the software which resulted in a substantial reduction in software licensing expenses. Within a tight budget and timeline, I analyzed 30 PowerPoint training slide decks in a manufacturing environment, consolidated content and developed 30 new and engaging Rise SCORM CBT courses for Workday LMS delivery. For the introduction of new time reporting policies and procedures, hardware and software for employees from C-Level managers and engineers to line workers in a manufacturing enterprise. Created CBT curriculum covering both desktop and mobile instances of the new time reporting software and did so in coordination with IT software release. I encourage behavior change and solve potential pain-points for organizations through successful development of CBT educational learning courses. I am well versed in pedagogy and androgogy, Instructional Design theories and methodologies, ADDIE, SAM, Bloom\'s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick\'s Levels I, II & Gagné\'s 9 Levels, Kanban and Agile, 508-WCAG compliance.
