I am responsible for managing both legal and strategic business planning aspects of the corporate compliance function globally, including the following- oversee and organize work of regional compliance officers and international compliance and business staff in FCPA, UKBA and other anti-corruption compliance matters, including management of due diligence on third-party vendors and service providers, business interactions with government officials, corporate sponsorships, charitable donations, etc. with direct report to both Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel on these issues - create, maintain, and refine policies, processes, procedures and controls in corporate compliance and other legal compliance matters, including due diligence and approvals hierarchies - coordinate with key stakeholders in management in annual risk assessment process and in risk mitigation efforts - prepare and present quarterly report to board of directors on international risk mitigation and anti-corruption legal developments in all international markets - implement improved processes for third-party diligence, controls for business courtesies, and updated anti-corruption supplemental policies - provide training globally for management and business team leaders on corporate compliance risks and anti-corruption compliance and Code of Conduct compliance matters
