Established an internal Human Resources organization that includes client-facing revenue-generating components ranging from a world-class Talent Solution division to full-suite HR services and enterprise compliance programs, contributing 10% of overall company revenue. Launched a new company, XPDEL, scaling from 0 to 225 employees within 1 year—skyrocketing revenue $22M. Placed 2K+ employees for clients in 2021 and 2022 to include a CEO at General Motors’ new electric vehicle division.
