ABOUT JOHN FARMERY
My entire work focus is on achieving client beneficial outcomes. I work with clients to identify what these really should be, whilst challenging what are often institutionalised ways of working, enmeshed in bureaucratic process, that result in poor focus and false prioritisation of effort – and the wrong or sub-optimal outcomes. An effective relationship-builder, I create consensus around outcomes and the approach to achieving them, and am not afraid to “speak truth to power”, especially where the Emperor’s nakedness needs calling out. In an increasingly automated world, people remain at the heart of what we all do and are. And so humour, passion, commitment, courtesy and respect for others enable everything I do as I look to add value without over-staying my welcome.
