I am an accomplished technology executive with over 20 years of industry experience and success in leadership, engineering, and architecture roles. I have been part of the Rocket Family of Companies ($RKT) in Detroit since 2012, and I currently serve as the Head of Client Experience Engineering for Rocket Companies. As a Tech Trendsetter for 2021 and a member of Housing Wire\'s Tech 100, I am passionate about building high-performance and engaged remote/hybrid engineering teams, integrating acquired teams, and fostering collaborative and healthy cultures. I also have expertise in enterprise-scale technology solutions, infrastructure as code, and technology forecasting, which enable me to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that enhance the user experience and drive business growth. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife Christina and kids Liam (18) and Anabelle (13), serving as a board member for Bees in the D, and supporting Detroit City Football Club.Speaker Bio:John Fair is the Senior Vice President of Client Experience Engineering at Rocket Companies ($RKT) from Detroit, Michigan, and has been with the family for over 13 years.
