I am the Founder & Managing Partner of Cubist Advisors and a former 3x Global Practice Leader at Korn Ferry, where most notably I led the C-Suite (CXO) Assessment, Succession and Effectiveness solution and was named the youngest Senior Partner in the 50-year history of the firm at 29. I am a 10x Ironman triathlon finisher and ranked globally as an All World Athlete, Co-Founder and Board Member of woman-owned luxury fashion line DUNCAN and a Founding Advisory Board Member of NYU’s Master of Science in Executive Coaching & Organizational Consulting. I am a graduate of the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, with a degree in International Law & Ethics, where I was the recipient of the African Studies Fellowship for my work in Civil Society Development & Swahili across Sub-Saharan Africa at the University of Dar-Es-Salaam, Tanzania.
