ABOUT JOHN CARROLL
I serve and guide leaders who get stuck because they think they must have all the answers. Together we uncover and implement approaches for desired results that last. I\'ve been internationally recognized for unlocking hidden productivity reserves, helping executives and teams get more done. Increasing productivity leads to greater profits resulting in, well, more fun. If you don’t find greater productivity and profitability for yourself and your organization appealing and fun, we probably don’t need to talk. I\'ve worked effectively with every level of organizations, including front-line sales and service, managers, executives and entrepreneurs in public and privately held companies as well as trade groups, boards and charitable organizations. I speak and write in ways that make people sit up and pay attention. I\'ve been recognized internationally for Sales and Facilitation Excellence and my approaches have attracted attention around the planet, including articles appearing in Chief Executive China magazine. I’m a national award-winning columnist and the author of Sales Illustrated: 68 Sales Lessons from Everyday Life (available in three languages) and The Great Big Book of Goal Setting and Getting. My columns have appeared regularly in The Charleston Regional Business Journal and The Catholic Miscellany. I pour energy into serving my community and church in ways that make a lasting difference. I was the first layperson to serve on the Clergy Personnel Advisory Board of the Diocese of Charleston. I’m a founding board member of Lowcountry Local First and served as president of the board of the Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center and president of what is now the Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce. I am the founding board chair and a current board member of Camp Rise Above, providing summer camp experiences to children with life-threatening illness.
